St Molaga founded a monastery here. ‘Leaba Molaga’ means ‘bed’ or grave of Molaga. He is said to be a disciple of St David of Wales There is a church and large fine Cross Slab plus a remnant of a Romanesque church. There some so-called ‘cursing stones’ or ‘stones of rebuke’ hidden under the earth.
